Welcome to Wild Roller: Relic Treasure. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you use our game. Please read them before playing.
By clicking "agree" or simply using the app, you are entering into this binding agreement with MS TAKENGON. These Terms take effect immediately upon your first use.
Age and Eligibility: This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. If you permit a minor to use Wild Roller: Relic Treasure, you accept these Terms on their behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy. Both documents together govern your relationship with MS TAKENGON.

Product Use Context
These Terms apply to Wild Roller: Relic Treasure in the context of its app presentation. The theme and interface are part of the app experience and do not create external ownership or transferable rights unless a separate official notice says so.
Use the app only for ordinary personal access and do not interfere with security, availability, advertising, measurement, or support systems.
User Eligibility
Before playing Wild Roller: Relic Treasure, please confirm that you meet our eligibility requirements outlined below.
Age: This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. Parents or guardians accepting these Terms on behalf of a minor take full responsibility for that minor's use of Wild Roller: Relic Treasure.
Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are their authorized parent or guardian.
Additional Restrictions
You may not use Wild Roller: Relic Treasure if:
- You are located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions
- You have been previously banned from our services
- Applicable law in your jurisdiction prohibits your use
We may request reasonable verification of eligibility. Providing false eligibility information may result in immediate account termination.

User Accounts
To access certain features of Wild Roller: Relic Treasure, you may create an account or connect via a third-party platform. Here are the rules.
Keep your Wild Roller: Relic Treasure credentials secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account whether or not you authorized it.
Prohibited Account Activities:
- Maintaining multiple accounts
- Sharing account access with third parties
- Selling or transferring your account
- Impersonating others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, remain inactive for extended periods, or present a security risk.
Third-Party Login: You may connect your Wild Roller: Relic Treasure account to Google Play Games. Your use of those services is subject to Apple's or Google's terms.

License to Play
Access to Wild Roller: Relic Treasure is granted under a limited license. This section specifies what you can and cannot do.
You have our permission to download, install, and use Wild Roller: Relic Treasure on your own device(s) for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This permission is limited and can be revoked.
What You Cannot Do:
- Copy, sell, or distribute the app or its content
- Modify or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app's code
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Use the app commercially without written permission

Code of Conduct
Here's what MS TAKENGON expects from all players of Wild Roller: Relic Treasure. These are common-sense rules for a great gaming community.
No Cheating: Using bots, hacks, mods, or exploits to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. Found a bug? Please report it to our support team instead of exploiting it.
Behavioral Rules:
- No harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other players
- No impersonating MS TAKENGON staff or other players
- No hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
- No sharing other players' personal information without consent
We enforce these rules fairly. Depending on severity, violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban. Appeals can be submitted to our support team.

Virtual Currency and Virtual Items
Nature of Virtual Assets
Wild Roller: Relic Treasure may offer virtual currencies, tokens, points, credits, and virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Assets") that may be earned through gameplay or acquired through real-money purchases. Virtual Assets constitute a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use certain features of the Application and do not constitute property, legal tender, or any form of financial asset.
No Real-World Value
Virtual Assets have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for real currency, goods, or services outside of the Application. The Company expressly disclaims any obligation to exchange, purchase, or refund Virtual Assets for real-money value.
Modifications
The Company reserves the right to manage, modify, regulate, control, and/or eliminate Virtual Assets, including their availability, pricing, and functionality, with or without notice, and shall have no liability to users for the exercise of such rights.
Forfeiture
Virtual Assets associated with an account that is terminated for cause will be forfeited without compensation. Virtual Assets may also be forfeited upon extended account inactivity or discontinuation of the Application.
Refunds
Purchases of Virtual Assets are generally final and non-refundable. Where refunds are required by applicable consumer protection law, the Company will honor such requirements upon submission of a valid request to our support team.
Who Owns Wild Roller: Relic Treasure
Intellectual property rights in Wild Roller: Relic Treasure belong to MS TAKENGON or its licensors. Here's a clear explanation of those rights.
MS TAKENGON owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Wild Roller: Relic Treasure and its content, globally.
Permitted Uses: You're welcome to share gameplay clips, screenshots, and reviews on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. We love seeing players share their experience!
What You May NOT Do
- Sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Wild Roller: Relic Treasure's content
- Create unauthorized merchandise featuring our characters or art
- Claim ownership of our content
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Use our trademarks without written permission
If you submit feedback about Wild Roller: Relic Treasure, you grant MS TAKENGON the right to use it without compensation.

Our Warranty Disclaimer
These are standard, honest disclaimers that apply to Wild Roller: Relic Treasure and most digital services.
We provide Wild Roller: Relic Treasure without any warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We can't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
Service Availability: We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Wild Roller: Relic Treasure. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Third-party services and platforms integrated with Wild Roller: Relic Treasure are subject to their own terms and warranties. MS TAKENGON is not responsible for their performance.

Limits on Our Responsibility
Our liability limitations are a standard part of these Terms. Here's what they say.
We exclude liability for: loss of game progress, data loss, lost profits, missed savings, or other consequential or indirect loss arising from Wild Roller: Relic Treasure use or unavailability.
Maximum Liability: MS TAKENGON's total liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the greater of your payments to us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Consumer Protection Laws: Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by these limitations.

User Indemnification
This is a standard indemnification clause — it protects MS TAKENGON from liability caused by your actions.
Scope: Your indemnification obligation covers claims resulting from: your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the app, content you submit, and violations of third-party rights or applicable law.
Defense: MS TAKENGON reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

Dispute and Arbitration
We hope you never have a dispute with us, but if you do, here's our fair and efficient process for resolving it.
Informal Resolution: Please contact our support team before escalating a dispute. Provide a description of your concern and desired outcome. We commit to a good-faith response within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will proceed to binding individual arbitration, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
Disputes must be brought individually. Class, representative, and collective actions are not permitted under this Agreement.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing our support team with 'Arbitration Opt-Out' in the subject line.

Service Termination
When you or MS TAKENGON ends this relationship, these rules apply.
Voluntary Termination: Stop using Wild Roller: Relic Treasure and uninstall it at any time. To permanently delete your account and data, contact our support team.
We May Terminate Your Access
MS TAKENGON may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for: serious or repeated Terms violations, fraudulent activity, harmful conduct affecting other players, or as required by law.
When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.
We may discontinue Wild Roller: Relic Treasure with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Which Laws Apply
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the following legal jurisdiction.
The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where MS TAKENGON is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
Courts: Subject to the arbitration agreement, any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in MS TAKENGON's governing jurisdiction. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section removes rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Terms of Service Updates
MS TAKENGON keeps these Terms current. Here's how updates are communicated and when they apply.
We distinguish between material and minor changes. For material updates (new data practices, new fees, IP rights changes), we provide at least 14 days of advance notice via in-app notification.
Changes take effect on the date specified. Continuing to use Wild Roller: Relic Treasure after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
You always have the option to discontinue use if you disagree with revised Terms. Your continued use is acceptance; departure is always an option.

Additional Terms

Complete Agreement: This document and our Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between you and MS TAKENGON and supersede all prior understandings.

MS TAKENGON's failure to act on any violation of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights. We can enforce these Terms at any time.
Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

Force Majeure: MS TAKENGON is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, or internet infrastructure failures.

Health and Safety Information
Certain light patterns or flickering visuals may cause epileptic seizures in some players. If you or someone in your family has been diagnosed with epilepsy or light sensitivity, speak with a healthcare provider before playing.
If you experience any of the following while playing Wild Roller: Relic Treasure: dizziness, distorted vision, eye or muscle twitching, unconsciousness, confusion, any involuntary movement, or convulsions — stop playing immediately if you experience these symptoms and consult a doctor.
